Heytesbury Chardonnay is made from a barrel selection of the best Chardonnay at each vintage. Fermented entirely with wild yeast and matured in French oak for 10 months. The Heytesbury Chardonnay is made without compromise, and its production is strictly limited. Awarded 5 trophies - 16 December 2008 The 2006 Vasse Felix Heytesbury Chardonnay stole the show at the 2007 Perth Royal Wine Show, winning 5 trophies. The trophies included: Best White Table Wine | Best West Australian White Table Wine | Best Chardonnay | Best West Australian Wine | Best Wine of Show.
